Virginia's rate per hour session is $150.00. For those interested in longer-term help, she offers a package of five sessions for $650.00 (a savings of $100.00).

Her special Stop Smoking Program is a 2 hour session, which includes the extra benefit of incorporating the modality of EFT along with the power of hypnosis for $250.00.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. As there is a 24-hour cancellation policy in keeping with industry standards, your card will only be billed if your appointment is not cancelled with 24 hours notice. This allows sufficient time to contact those on the waiting list who would like your time slot. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Virginia also does phone sessions for those unable to travel or in other parts of the country or world. She can also make personal CDs of your session for your continued support.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Everyone goes into hypnosis during the course of a regular day, (i.e., while driving your car focusing on work, daydreaming, etc.). You can not be hypnotized against your will, it is a state that you allow for yourself. The more you experience it, the easier it is to achieve.

Is hypnosis dangerous?
No, as a matter of fact it is very healing. Twenty minutes of hypnosis is equivalent to three hours of sleep. Similar to meditation, hypnosis creates a deep relaxation of the body and mind.

Can hypnosis make me reveal secrets or do something I would not ordinarily do?
Absolutely not. You will not accept suggestions that go against your beliefs or values.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
Because hypnosis is a natural state of mind, if left on your own, you will either fall asleep or naturally come out of it in just a few minutes.

What if I can’t come into the office?
If you live too far away or for some reason cannot come into the office, a home visit can be scheduled or sessions can be done by phone.
